This event on March 20, 2015 celebrated the outstanding $31M gift made by Brendan Iribe, CEO of Oculus VR, to the University of Maryland's Computer Science department. Other donors were also acknowledged, and the evening set at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View was generally very celebratory and uplifting. I was honored to be asked to do the photography for this major event.
I don't do headshots, but portraits of artists in environments that suit them, and where they can express their individuality by blending in.
Conference gigs are always similar in format (podiums-lunches-panels), yet without fail, every time something unexpected and heart-warming happens. And that's what keeps it interesting. I love these jobs!

Agata is a fashion designer (see http://www.nenukko.com) and Adam is a composer. Their two creativities come together in promo videos for the fashion label, where Adam composes the soundtrack and Agata designs the apparel. They are truly an awesome pair.
